How do I login to the S.P.A. App?
You can log in using your existing S.P.A. Online portal username and password. If you’re not sure of your details, you can reset your password directly within the app. For plastic Benefit Cards, click “activate”.
Can I update my details in the S.P.A. App?
Not at this stage. You can view your personal details within the app, but updates to your name, email address, or bank account details need to be made by contacting our customer care team directly.
Can I access useful information within the S.P.A. App?
Yes. The app gives you convenient access to a range of information and resources, including:
